I would like to rent a Peugeot 3008 pick up at Noumea Magenta Airport and drop-off at Tontouta Airport but would like to know if there is a surcharge for my age, 75

Driver's age 23 to 99 years. Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

I read it a I can drive the car with no surcharge. What about the second question RE No excess fee insurance upgrade option ?

You can add zero excess Insurance at the rental desk on arrival. It´s optional.
